Lourdes Martínez Posada has been working as a social worker in the migrant counseling center Amnesty for Women since 2012, where she heads the Latin America department. She shares her experience and expertise as a speaker at MiMi (With Migrants for Migrants eV) and on the advisory board for the Intercultural Meeting Center eV (IKB), Hamburg.
Lourdes Martínez Posada has been chairwoman and spokeswoman for the board at DaMigra since 2019. Her main topics for the next three years will be the rights of women, migrants and the LGBTQIA + community - for more information, more networking and more rights.
