Visit the exhibition "In spite of everything: Migration to the colonial metropolis Berlin"!

Dear women,

we hereby invite you to a Museum visit a. Together we would like to gain an insight into the topic of migration in colonialism obtained.

What made Berlin special as a colonial metropolis?
How is migration treated in politics and in society and why do migrants need to be heard more? Who is allowed to arrive and who should not arrive?

In this exhibition, based on the diverse life stories of migrants, it becomes clear with which challenges they were confronted with and what rights they had to fight for.
We want to discuss together how the stories of the six families that are the focus of the exhibition are connected to our own migration stories.

At the beginning there will be a short introduction from the museum, so please be there on time at 14:00 p.m.!

The event is free and will be held in German.
