The German Institute for Human Rights launches the case law database ius gender and violence

A message on another matter: since May 09.05.2023th, XNUMX the Jurisprudence database ius gender & violence, coordinated by the Reporting Unit on Gender-Specific Violence of the German Institute for Human Rights, online.

The database contains around 200 decisions by national, European and international courts and independent human rights bodies related to gender-based violence. The database is the first free case law database exclusively on the subject of "gender-specific violence" in German-speaking countries and is continuously being expanded.

We very much welcome the development of this database and wish the team at the reporting office on gender-based violence at the German Institute for Human Rights every success. Good human rights policy also needs reliable data!

Here it goes to Jurisprudence database ius gender & violence.
