DaMigra's voice in the "nd" on the headscarf ban in the Neutrality Act

Eight years have passed since the Federal Constitutional Court ruled that a so-called headscarf ban was incompatible with the constitution. Almost eight months have passed since the state of Berlin filed a complaint against the Federal Labor Court with the aim of continuing to ban teachers from wearing hijabs - without success.
