DaMigra general assembly: New board elected for two years

Erfurt, September 12th

An important day for DaMigra: On Saturday, September 7th, 2019 the regular general meeting took place in Erfurt. The highest association body - the women's assembly - elected a new board.

Duygu Bräuer (Federal Association of Migrant Women in Germany eV) - Chairwoman of the Board *

Kook-Nam Cho-Ruwwe (Korean Women's Group in Germany) - Chairwoman *

The following women * have been elected to the board of directors for the next two years with immediate effect: Lourdes Martínez from Amnesty for Women eV, Kook-Nam Cho-Ruwwe from the Korean women's group in Germany and Duygu Bräuer from the Federal Association of Migrant Women in Germany eV Lourdes Martínez has also been elected as board spokeswoman *.

Other women * on the DaMigra board are: Dr. Teresa Luisa Silveira Frossard from Imbradiva eV, a Brazilian women's initiative, Cornelia Hentschel from the Kone network for the promotion of communicative action, My Hanh Nguyen from the Vietnamese intercultural women's initiative in Germany and Eleonora Cucina from ReteDonne eV

DaMigra is very happy about the diversity and concentrated intercultural competence on the board and on the joint cooperation. Together we will participate in feminist and integration policy debates at the federal level and shape them in a trend-setting way.
