Information event: “Understanding labor law: My rights as an employee”

Dear women, dear interested parties,

DaMigra eV cordially invites you to an information event as part of the MyTurn project “Understanding labor law: My rights as an employee” .

Entering the German labor market is often accompanied by many questions for women with migration and refugee experience. The event therefore provides basic information about rights and obligations in the employment relationship. Together with our speaker Rana Alwana from the Fair Integration Project/DGB-Bildungswerk Thüringen eV, we want to provide information on topics such as employment contracts, probationary periods, minimum wage, vacation entitlement and termination and answer open questions.

The aim of the event is to make the participants aware of their rights as employees and thereby encourage them on their way into the German labor market.
