Argument training against institutional racism

Dear women,
Dear participants,

We hereby invite you to argumentation training against institutional racism in Berlin. Together with two speakers, we would like to practice how we can argue against institutional racism and thus empower ourselves. Because - we give racism no place, regardless of whether it is at the job center, at the doctor, at the university or at the authorities!

We want to recognize and name racist discrimination and encourage and empower those affected. To do this, we will talk about experiences of racism and individual strategies, learn argumentation techniques and action skills and strengthen and network with each other in our commitment to combat discriminatory attitudes. These strategies will be developed together with the two speakers and the other participants: The participants will be the focus of the argumentation training. This will be built and implemented over the course of the day using the knowledge, experiences and suggestions of everyone involved.

The event is free and takes place in German in simple language. Meals we take over. Language mediation and Children's programme can be organized if necessary (please specify when registering).

This event is aimed at FLINTA*/women* affected by racism.
