Invitation to the exchange room for Jewish/Israeli women/FLINTA*

Dear future members,

when we express solidarity, it does not diminish our ability to have it for all affected groups. After we created a space for Arab/Palestinian/Muslim women/FLINTA* related to Palestine on October 24.10.23th, 01, we invite Jewish and Israeli women/FLINTA* to an open exchange related to Israel on November 18st at XNUMX p.m .

Together we want to create a discrimination-free space and a place for listening. It's about creating a space in which we can exchange ideas about the situation in Israel and Palestine and how we can shape life in Germany together on the basis of human rights, solidarity, respect and anti-racist feminism.

This is what we want to talk about: How am I feeling about the current situation? How do you feel? What are your wants and needs? Where do you find support? What is your media consumption like? What does the reporting do to you? This safe space is run by Dr. Fereshta Sahrai, a peace and conflict researcher, moderates and has no place for anti-Semitism, anti-Muslim, racism, sexism and other misanthropic statements and attitudes. The exchange meeting is also accompanied by an awareness team.

The event will take place in German and is aimed at Jewish and/or Israeli women/FLINTA*. We ask that you register via email to a.haaby@damigra.de or via WhatsApp on + 49 157 58 154 368.

If necessary, we will create a meeting room for both groups in the next few weeks.

Our thoughts and solidarity are with all people worldwide, regardless of age, sex, gender and religion, who have been brutally murdered in recent days, years and decades. We demand an end to this unspeakable violence!

When? 01.11.2023/XNUMX/XNUMX
