Dear women, dear interested persons, dear volunteers,
DaMigra eV invites you to a 2-part workshop as part of the “Together MUTig.” project: "Restart 24 – Discover professional potential and opportunities”
- Part: My talents, skills, potential.
- Part: My career opportunity. Interesting professional fields.
All events have the character of a workshop and are designed to be interactive. The focus is on the questions and interests of the participants. It is also about exchanging experiences, mutual support, encouragement and a variety of new ideas for your own professional future.
The workshops are led by the speaker Petra Wieschadlo from Consulting Training Coaching and takes place in the women's network at Immermannstrasse 19.
The participants have the opportunity to strengthen their skills and competencies. Discussions then take place to exchange experiences and tips, network and discuss possible paths into working life.
Among other things, the following questions will be investigated:
- In which areas do I have a good chance of finding employment?
- How and where do I find interesting job offers and jobs?
- What experiences and strengths do I have?
- My professional future – wishes and goals.
The program offers information about structures and actors in the labor market in Saxony-Anhalt and provides basic knowledge about ways to get into work. The functioning of responsible advisory and support structures is explained and the basic principles of the legal framework are explained.
A competency profile is developed as a basis for professional orientation and job search. And an overview of the labor market and important companies in the region is given.
